Our business does not provide refunds of any kind for any reason. You can cancel your purchase and cease to participate in any of our programs or services, however, this will not warrant a refund of any kind.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our business, please email us within 5 business days of the receipt of the product at support@magnetmom.com In your email, include a written description of why you are dissatisfied and send us photos of the product.

Should we agree there is a defect, we will provide a replacement of the defective product, at our discretion.
